A one of a kind bagel shop in Kin Town has incorporated “e-no” Oishii Turmeric, into one of their specialty bagels. Not only are “A Bagel” bagels by far the most authentic tasting bagels I have found in Japan but also, shop owners Emi and Genki are super kind and are passionate about supporting local farmers and small businesses. Their mindfulness of sustainability and environmentally conscious practices is apparent once you step foot in their small establishment.
